An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced leader in inclusive employment, disability services, employment pathways or community services to join a respected Tasmanian social enterprise. This role is ideal for someone with strong NDIS knowledge, a passion for creating meaningful employment outcomes, and the ability to build strong employer and community partnerships.

Your New Role
As Manager Inclusive Employment, you will lead a statewide employment pathways program, supporting people with disability to secure and maintain meaningful employment. You will lead a small team while building relationships with employers, support providers and community stakeholders to create sustainable employment opportunities and grow the service across Tasmania.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Inclusive Employment Services team.
- Building employer and community partnerships.
- Identifying employment, training and work experience opportunities.
- Supporting employers to create inclusive workplaces.
- Monitoring service performance, compliance and outcomes.
- Promoting inclusive employment initiatives across Tasmania.
- Regular travel between Hobart and Launceston.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will be an experienced people leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine commitment to inclusive employment. You will bring a sound understanding of the NDIS and contemporary disability practice, along with the ability to build sustainable partnerships and influence positive outcomes.
You will also demonstrate:
- Leadership experience within disability, employment services, community services or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of the NDIS and employment pathways.
- Experience building partnerships with employers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.

What You Need To Do Now
