The team delivers a range of different projects working with funding agencies, national and local governments, highways authorities and private organisations. We are currently engaged in a variety of large to mega projects as well as smaller more intricate projects – all offering a broad spectrum of opportunities. We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Highways team in Canberra.

- Contribute to projects across various stages—from concept design to construction and operation.
- Support design, project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical/site assurance activities
- Assist in developing innovative, sustainable solutions to meet diverse project challenges
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver and maintain major roadway infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
- Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
- Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid‑year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
- Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or Current Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
