About the Role

As the Depot Stores Officer, you will play a key role in supporting depot operations through effective stock control, yard coordination and customer service.

Working closely with the Depot Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the depot environment is safe, clean and well organised. You will also provide frontline service to staff, contractors and visitors accessing the depot.

This is a dynamic, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational tasks with administrative responsibilities.





What we’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and stock control
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and software
- Knowledge of stores and stock control processes (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a similar stores, depot or customer service role (desirable)
- Current HR and C Class Driver’s Licences
- Front End Loader Licence is highly regarded; but we are willing to support training for the right candidate
