About The Role

As the Retail Manager of Noosa Civic store, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of the store's daily operations. You’ll inspire a team of up to 12, drive commercial performance, coach and develop your people, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager, you will create a positive store culture while maintaining high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management and operational excellence.

Skills And Experience

- Previous Retail Management experience is essential




- Proven success leading and developing high performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve sales and operational targets
- Experience managing rosters, inventory and store presentation
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A hands on leadership style with excellent communication skills
