We’re looking for a temp contractor who is available for 6 to 12 months (WHV's this is perfect for you), with 3+ years’ experience in a busy litigation or insurance team as a Paralegal / Legal Administrator who thrives under pressure, stays calm through competing deadlines, and delivers consistently accurate work.

About the Role

You’ll be the operational backbone of a high‑performing Cyber Insurance practice, supporting fee earners across fast‑moving matters involving data breaches, incident response, coverage, and complex litigation.

Key responsibilities include

- drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents
- managing matter files, deadlines and workflow priorities
- coordinating discovery, briefs and court documents
- assisting with cyber incident response logistics
- maintaining accurate records and data across systems




- anticipating team needs and keeping work moving
- general administrative and practice support

This is a full‑time (Monday to Friday), contract role, ideal for a career paralegal or an overseas qualified working holiday visa.
