Position

- Full‑time permanent position. Monday to Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.
- Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries.
- Preparing consignment notes and other documentation.
- Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries.
- Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors.
- Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries.
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails.

About You

- Previous experience in a transport, warehouse administration or clerical role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident liaising with a variety of people across teams and functions – including customers,



transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
- Ability to prioritise, follow‑up and manage your time effectively.
- Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet.
