About the Role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people by supporting engaging and enjoyable activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social connection. As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll work alongside Allied Health professionals to deliver group programs and activities that help older people maintain function, stay active and participate in daily life.

- Facilitate group activities that support wellbeing and participation
- Encourage social connection and meaningful engagement
- Support allied health programs for older people
- Build positive relationships with patients and care teams
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment

About You

You are a caring and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with older people and helping them stay active, connected and engaged.





- Eligible to undertake Allied Health Assistant training
- Build trust through empathy and strong communication
- Support group activities and therapeutic programs
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Bring initiative, flexibility and a positive approach
