Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) serves 24 primary schools, 5 secondary colleges and 3 boarding colleges, united by a commitment to educational excellence and communities of Welcome, Faith, Service and Learning.
As Director, School Improvement Services, you will join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the strategic direction of learning, teaching, school improvement, student wellbeing and inclusion across the Diocese.
Working closely with principals, senior leaders and the Catholic Education Council, you will drive a system-wide improvement agenda, strengthen leadership capability and deliver meaningful, lasting improvements in educational outcomes for students.
We are seeking an accomplished educational leader who brings:

- significant executive leadership experience within education.
- a proven ability to lead system-wide improvement and organisational change.
- strong strategic, leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.




- a deep understanding of contemporary learning, teaching and evidence-informed practice.
- a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
