Our Atherton-based team is looking for an experienced & passionate individual to join our Local Laws department as a full time permanent Coordinator Local Laws.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Placemaking, this position is responsible for leading a team of Local Law Officers in;

• Promoting, implementing and enforcing Council's local laws, associated legislation and Council policy to assist in the protection of the regions amenity, safety and environment.

• Implementation and management of TRC local laws which include but are not limited to animal management, parking, camping grounds, advertising devices, the commercial use of roads and footpaths, and the investigation of nuisance complaints.

- Base salary package from $108,559.29 per annum ($4,175.36 per fortnight)
