As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia’s leading logistics and information management companies, Med‑X Healthcare Solutions is a national leader in Clinical Waste, Sharps Disposal, and Hygiene & Washroom services. We’re seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in delivering great service, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver and collect sharps containers and clinical waste bins – 660L and 240L bins.
- Service / collect sanitary waste bins and hygiene products at schools, clinics and businesses across the Melbourne metro and surrounding regional areas.
- Operate a large commercial van or light truck safely, loading and unloading at various customer sites.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe truck.
- Accurately complete service paperwork and record load weights.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
- Rotating Saturday shift and once a month overnight run.




- Ensure compliance with Med‑X policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.

What You Bring

- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (multi‑drop preferred)
- At least a valid C Class license with a clean driving record (MR preferable)
- Working with Children Check (employee) preferable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight‑knit team
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
- Protected manual handling abilities – regular pushing/pulling of 660L bins and occasional lifting of 240L bins (16–25kg)
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using smartphone applications
