Business Partner Systems Analyst

Fixed Term (2-year contract), Full Time Opportunities (2 positions available)

Salary Range - $118,270 - $137,635 plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)

We are seeking two experienced Business Partner Systems Analysts — each with specific TechnologyOne experience — to join our Information Technology team on a two-year fixed-term contract, supporting Council's core business systems while our TechnologyOne Property & Rating Reloaded Project is delivered. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the City of Mitcham as a Business Partner Systems Analyst, playing a key role in ensuring Council's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), TechnologyOne, systems continue to support efficient, effective and customer-focused service delivery.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify business needs, deliver technology solutions and lead system improvements that enhance business processes and organisational performance.



You will also manage technology projects, provide expert advice, support system enhancements and user adoption, and contribute to Council's ongoing digital transformation.

This is a diverse and influential role where you will combine business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to help drive innovation and continuous improvement across Council.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have specific, demonstrated experience working with TechnologyOne business systems and enterprise applications — this is essential to the role. In addition, you will bring:

- Proven, hands-on experience configuring, supporting and administering TechnologyOne modules (essential).
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Experience delivering or supporting technology projects and system improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- A certificate level qualification in IT or a related discipline (highly desirable).
