- Acute Inpatient Unit is a purpose built 20‑bed facility – not locked, including provision for high level supervision, for adults aged 18 years and over who need the support of 24 hour inpatient assessment, diagnosis and treatment of an acute mental illness. Support for clients is provided by a clinical team, including social workers, occupational therapists and psychologist, in consultation with a case manager and community mental health service.
- Medical Workforce team: 2 Consultants and 3 registrars.
- Working hours: 0830-1700 – Monday to Friday
