Transit Systems (Victoria) is on the hunt for a Service Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our services running safely, efficiently and reliably, through robust operational monitoring, communication, incident management and resource coordination, all while upholding company policy, contractual and safety requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- A safety-conscious, accountable and takes ownership of outcomes
- A collaborative team member with a genuine customer focus
- Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holiday

Qualifications and Experience





- Demonstrated experience in transport operations, logistics, service delivery or a similar operational environment
- Sound understanding of safety, compliance and incident management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
- Experience within public transport operations highly regarded
- Background in emergency response or control centre environments advantageous
- Knowledge of transport compliance and contractual performance requirements
- Familiarity with GPS fleet monitoring, scheduling and operational control systems
- Experience coordinating services across multiple operational locations
