Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and eager to learn and grow. Whether you have a green thumb, are into DIY, looking for your first retail role, or even considering a career change, we would love to hear from you.

You’ll need:

- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers




- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and a readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible schedule (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)

Pay and working conditions:

Adults 18 years of age and older receive an hourly rate of $28.64. Age 15 or over is required to apply. Hours are flexible and include late nights, early mornings and weekends.
