Move Active is one of the world’s leading Pilates and wellness brands, partnering with thousands of studios across the globe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator to support our PR, influencer, partnerships and events activity.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives on organisation and enjoys bringing brand experiences to life behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our marketing team, PR agencies, ambassadors and partners to ensure every activation runs seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinate influencer gifting, product sends and ambassador logistics.
- Manage marketing assets, imagery and product information for PR agencies, partners and media.
- Support PR agencies with product requests and media samples.
- Assist in managing influencer and ambassador relationships, ensuring deliverables and timelines stay on track.
- Coordinate brand partnerships with studios, instructors and like-minded brands.
- Manage product logistics for events, trade shows and partnerships, ensuring samples, marketing materials and equipment arrive on time.




- Organise product samples and marketing inventory across multiple markets.
- Support reporting across PR, influencer and partnership activity.

About you

- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful and happy to take ownership.
- Passionate about wellness, Pilates, fitness or lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, events or account coordination is desirable.
