We are hiring a Production Manager to lead and own our supply chain and operational function. This role is responsible for how product is delivered - from factory negotiation through to freight strategy, inventory planning and wholesale compliance.

Position Overview:

As our new Production Manager, you'll be at the heart of turning our design ideas into reality. This role is all about collaboration and ensuring that our collections make it from beginning to end smoothly and on time. You’ll be working closely with our amazing design team, coordinating every step of the production process to make sure everything aligns perfectly with our marketing plans and wholesale needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Production Timelines: Assist in managing and tracking production schedules to ensure timely delivery of samples and final products. Work closely with the design team to align production timelines with the marketing calendar and wholesale requirements.
- Production Order Management: Create and maintain detailed production orders to ensure all specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.



Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Invoicing and Documentation: Handle the invoicing process for production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Maintain and organise all related documentation for smooth financial operations.
- Liaise with Suppliers: Act as the main point of contact between the company and external suppliers for all production related queries. Ensure clear communication regarding production schedules, quality standards, and any issues that arise during production.
- Monitor Production Progress: Track the progress of all production phases, from sample creation to final manufacturing. Identify and address any potential delays or issues to keep production on track.
- Support Design Integration: Work with the design team to ensure that design specifications and technical packs are correctly communicated and implemented during production. Assist in making any necessary adjustments to align with design intent.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage production-related paperwork, including purchase orders, production schedules, and quality control reports. Maintain organised records and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Facilitate Communication:



Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (design, marketing, and sales) and external partners. Facilitate meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed of production status and changes.
- Assist with Inventory Management: Help in tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for both wholesale and e-commerce channels. Assist in forecasting and planning to meet customer demand.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and assisting in the implementation of best practices in production management.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in a production or coordination role within the fashion or activewear industry, preferably in wholesale and e-commerce environments.
- Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve production-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and support various departments to achieve common goals.
