TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activities at our client sites in NSW. You will handle desktop, laptop, printer, and AV support, ensuring SLAs are met.

This role requires hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, Office 365 support, and coordination with vendors.
