Welcome to Eden Academy Murray Bridge. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
Operating from 7am to 6pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 118 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
In your role as a Lead Educator or Diploma Assistant

- You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a robust foundation for a lifelong love of learning
- You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
- Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life





What You’ll Bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
