About the Role:

The Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations across multiple client sites throughout Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Northern and Western Sydney, and the Greater Sydney region.. The Area Supervisor will supervise, inspect, and monitor the cleaning operations and safety compliance at each delegated site and coordinate labor resources to service each customer site.

A truly diverse role, with a focus on client liaison and operational delivery, some of the duties will include but not limited to:

- Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple sites,



helping staff perform at their best while maintaining strong service standards.
- Overseeing operational delivery across multiple clients' sites in Sydney.
- Oversee service delivery and safety compliance across each clients site.
- Roster and coordinate cleaning staffing levels across each clients' site.
- Regularly meet with clients, resolve complaints and manage client feedback process.
- Conduct site & online inductions, training, and toolbox talks for existing and recent cleaning employees
- Review and maintain compliance tracking platforms.
- Manage client and staff correspondence and maintain the necessary hard copy and digital files

About You:

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated and fast-paced operator with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Leaning on your operational expertise you will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and update stakeholders on your progress.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated skills in effective client and operational service across multiple sites.
- The ability to communicate, prioritise, set and achieve deadlines.
- Proven leadership experience, managing and coordinating direct staff and contractors.
- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and delegation skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously yet also be part of the team.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency with MS Office products, computer systems, apps, and tech-based applications (such as Whats App and Viber )
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory)
- Current Police Check Clearance and Working with Children’s check ( Mandatory )
