About The Role

At Carinity – Cedarbrook, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike setting with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

Multiple fixed term opportunities are available to cover Parental Leave, offering part-time and full-time hours, ranging from 26 to 76 hours per fortnight across AM and PM shifts.

What do you need for the role?





- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) or appropriate qualifications and experience
- Minimum 6months experience in Aged Care
- Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Full working rights in Australia
