Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development, configuration, and customisation of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, preferably with exposure to ServiceNow.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
