Formwork Carpenter – Tier 1 Construction Projects

Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of major projects, we are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team across multiple Melbourne sites.

THE ROLE

Working within high-performing site teams, you will be involved in the construction of complex reinforced concrete structures across commercial, residential and civil projects.

Duties will include:

• Conventional and system formwork installation • Reading and interpreting construction drawings • Suspended slabs, columns,



cores and jumpform works • Stripping and back-propping • Working safely within structured site teams and programmes • Assisting with concrete pours and structural set-outs

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter within commercial construction • Experience on reinforced concrete structures preferred • Ability to read plans and work independently • Strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements • Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude • White Card required • Relevant trade qualification highly regarded • Australian work rights
