Clients are located all over Sydney including:

- Ultimo
- North Sydney
- Annandale

Applicants must be willing to drive to these areas and surrounding suburbs as required.

The Role

Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who require young and friendly female support workers to assist in person-centred care. You’ll provide a mix of:

- Community access support
- Emotional support and companionship
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance and community access
- Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan

Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role, we are seeking applications from female support workers.

You’ll be outstanding in this role if you are/have





- Empathetic, energetic and comfortable supporting an active lifestyle.
- NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle
- Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
- Reliable availability in areas all across Sydney

Highly regarded

- Experience with Pelican belt/Hoist
- Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
- Females are highly preferred as per client preference
