About The Opportunity
The MR Truck Driver will play a vital role in our operations by safely operating medium rigid vehicles and assisting with various construction activities around Cronulla and the Seven Hills areas. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Operating MR-class vehicles safely and efficiently at all times
- Assisting with general labouring and site support duties as required
- Delivering and collecting materials from suppliers and project sites
- Loading and unloading materials while following safety procedures
- Completing delivery documentation accurately and on schedule
- Maintaining a clean driving record and complying with regulations
- Assisting with general labouring and site support duties as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating machinery on civil projects
- Valid MR Truck Licence with a solid safety-focused approach
- White Card and relevant construction industry certifications held
- Excavator, Skid Steer and Forklift licences or competencies held
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and reliable attendance record
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Experience reading plans and performing detailed excavation works
- HR Licence, demolition experience and extra tickets advantageous
