You will manage records, build trusted links with researchers and partners, and keep grant data accurate, timely and compliant across CALHN.

- Manage grant records pre and post award
- Maintain explicit, accurate data and files
- Liaise with researchers and CALHN teams
- Support reporting and funding queries
- Engage with SA Health, funders and partners

About You You bring calm, care and clarity to complex admin work, and enjoy supporting research teams to succeed.

- Strong admin skills, work well solo or with others
- Sharp eye for detail, meet deadlines under pressure
- Clear written and verbal communication with diverse groups
- Confident with Microsoft Office and data systems
- Knowledge of grants, research governance or finance admin processes
