Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and client-focused Service Consultant to join their team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Osborne Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiriesManaging calls and emails promptly and professionallyProviding clear guidance and support to clients on next stepsCoordinating service requests and follow-ups efficientlyRecording all client interactions accurately in internal systemsEscalating complex issues or complaints to senior staff when neededKeeping clients updated on progress and outcomesProcessing invoices and administrative tasks accuratelySupporting the team with general office and organisational duties

Qualifications

Must have previous experience in a customer service or administrative roleStrong communication skills,



both written and verbalAbility to manage client enquiries, concerns, and complaints effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsComfortable using computer systems and learning new processes quicklyA proactive, solutions-focused approachAbility to prioritise tasks and work under pressureA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeResilient and professional when dealing with challenging situationsFull working rights in Australia
