ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience across social media, content and campaign delivery.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring campaigns to life and support Steel Blue’s brand across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media channels and deliver engaging campaigns

- Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality content

- Support content marketing and campaign delivery





- Assist with eDM (email marketing) campaigns

- Coordinate marketing collateral (brochures, ads, POS, merchandise)

- Provide day-to-day support across the marketing team

ABOUT YOU

You’re a motivated marketing graduate (or early in your career) who’s ready to learn, contribute and grow.

You’re creative, organised and detail-focused, with strong written communication skills and a passion for content and campaigns. You enjoy working across different projects, collaborating with others and bringing ideas to life.

Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot or Meta Ads is a bonus—but your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
