About the Role

As our Laser & Skin Therapist, you'll deliver advanced laser and skin treatments while building genuine, long-term relationships with your clients. You'll work closely with our Nurses, Dermal Therapists and Clinical Director to provide a seamless, results-driven journey for every client who walks through our door.

What You'll Bring

- Relevant qualification in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy (Diploma level or higher), or equivalent

- Experience with advanced skin treatments and machine-based modalities (NdYag: Laser, RF Needling, CIT) (Junior Not Required)

- A genuine passion for skin health and client education

- Excellent communication and client care skills, you know how to make someone feel instantly at ease

- High attention to detail and a strong sense of professionalism and presentation

- Availability across a flexible roster (we'll work with you on this)

Your Day to Day will include:

- Performing in-depth skin consultations and analysis (including OBSERV 520x imaging) to understand client goals and concerns.

- Designing and adapting personalised treatment plans and home-care protocols.

- Delivering advanced skin treatments across our full suite of laser and machine-based modalities. including but not limited to,Laser Genesis, Laser Rejuvenation and Pigmentation treatments, Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing,RF Skin Needling & CIT, Ultraformer MPT HIFU, Peels & Facials, LED Light Therapy, Hair Rejuvenation, Glass Body Rejuvenation & Coolsculpting. (Junior will be upskilled)

- Educating clients on treatment options, aftercare and skincare regimens, without high-pressure selling

- Building client retention and contributing to clinic sales and budget targets through genuine, trust-based service.

- Maintaining accurate treatment notes and client records via our CRM.

- Assisting with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

- Upholding the highest standards of infection control, sterilisation and treatment room presentation.

- Contributing to a positive, qualified and collaborative clinic culture.
