We are seeking an experienced shift supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

The role

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage a team, co-ordinating dispatch, and ensuring production processes run to schedule and overcoming any obstacles that come up along the way.

Full time, permanent role with regular hours (Monday to Friday from 6am – 2pm).

About You

· Have 10+ year experience in leading a team.

· You are committed to safety-first and attention to quality.

· High energy, driven personality that gets the job done.

· You love to see everything working together for maximum efficiency

· You are recognised for having good mechanical aptitude





· When there’s a problem to be solved, others want you there to help

· You have a high level of fitness and are experienced in manual handling (capable of lifting up to 20kg)
