This role supports the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. The position works across testing, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities, ensuring delivery outcomes are structured, coordinated, and effectively executed across multiple teams and vendors. This role will be a 7-month fixed term contract.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Support delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program across testing, readiness, and deployment activitiesCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dress rehearsals, and production verification testingManage and track defects, issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and vendorsSupport operational readiness and transition-to-support planning activitiesFacilitate workshops with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to drive delivery outcomesAssist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activitiesProduce transparent documentation, reporting, and executive updates to support governance and decision-making

What You’ll Bring





Strong experience in SAP or large-scale ERP transformation programsHands-on experience with testing lifecycles, defect management, and test coordinationExperience supporting operational readiness and transition-to-support activitiesAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners in complex environmentsStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run workshops and engage diverse teamsAbility to operate independently, take initiative, and drive issues through to resolutionStrong organisational skills with experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
