Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a full time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of used vehicles in the Mawson Lakes area.
What you'll be doing
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best vehicle to suit their requirements
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of models
- Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
- Maintaining detailed customer records and following up on sales leads
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Providing exceptional after-sales customer service and support
What we're looking for
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- A passion for the Mazda brand and a deep understanding of Mazda's product range
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to undertake test drives with customers
