We're building environmental capital for future generations through biodynamic and regenerative practices, and we're looking for an Administration & Systems Officer to help keep our operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the role

Reporting to the Farm General Manager and working closely with the Poultry Manager, this role is central to how we record, track and improve the day-to-day operations of our pasture-raised poultry business. You'll take ownership of our administrative and record-keeping systems, helping us stay compliant, organised and ready to grow.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain WHS recording systems in conjunction with the Farm Management team, including risk assessments, SOPs and converting paper systems to online platforms

- Maintain records to meet Food Safe NSW requirements

- Maintain and improve quarantine recording systems, including the OnSide app

- Record HR processes such as training and induction, and manage document review and version control

- Develop and maintain the machinery service and asset register, purchase records and associated app use





- Develop and implement AviApp for poultry production recording

- Assist the Accounts team with invoices and logistics as required

About you

You're organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling a variety of systems and processes. You don't need a farming background; what matters is a genuine interest in supporting a hands-on rural operation, strong administrative skills, and the ability to build and maintain systems that keep a busy farm running smoothly.
