We are hiring an experienced site supervisor to join our construction operations team.

You will be working on piling, civil, and foundation projects across the utilities, telecommunications, and broader civil sectors.

The role is primarily Perth metro–based, with occasional regional work.

The role

You will be overseeing day‑to‑day site operations supporting the Construction Manager, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, to the highest quality standards and with minimal environmental impact.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

- Lead and promote a solid safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and maintain quality standards in line with project specifications, codes, and quality management systems.

- Manage and support site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

- Oversee daily site operations, including critical construction activities, inspections, and quality checks.

- Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to project and senior management teams.

- Coordinate site mobilisation, logistics, plant, equipment,



and resource allocation to support efficient project delivery.

- Ensure environmental management practices are implemented and maintained across all site activities.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor labour, plant, equipment, and material utilisation to support productivity and cost-control objectives.

- Ensure allocated vehicles, plant, and equipment are inspected, maintained, and fit for purpose.

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in foundation, piling, and general construction methodologies.

- Experienced in the operation of specialised piling equipment, including the Movax piling hammer, Gilbert MultiGrip vibratory driver, and augering equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.

- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS), environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop site personnel.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of a project team.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, and schedules.

- Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and management systems.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving successful project outcomes

Qualifications

Essentials

- Construction Induction Training (White Card)

- Senior First Aid

- Mechanical aptitude

Desirable

- Formal supervisory training/qualification

- Excavator Operator Training

- HR Drivers Licence

- Vehicle Loading Crane Licence

- Licence to perform high risk work (Dogging, Rigging, Forklift)

- Safe Work at Heights accredited training
