What we're looking for...

We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who loves combining creativity with results.

This is much more than a social media role. Our priority is finding someone who understands how to generate sales through digital marketing while also creating engaging content.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns

- Creating engaging video and photo content for social media and advertising

- Planning and scheduling social media content

- Building relationships with influencers and sourcing user-generated content (UGC)

- Creating EDMs and managing customer email marketing campaigns

- Maintaining and improving our Shopify website

- Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements

- Assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns

Experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.

Where you'll work...

You'll be based at our warehouse and office in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a flexible part-time/casual position (approximately 2-3 days per week to start), with a combination of in office and remote work.

We'd like you in the office regularly to create content, film products, collaborate with the team and gain a genuine understanding of our products. Editing, campaign management and planning can be completed remotely.

As the role and our online business grow, there is potential for additional hours.
