C.D. Dodd is the leading provider of demolition, resource recovery and scrap metal recycling services to commercial, industrial and resource customers across Western Australia.

We are seeking a self-motivated Mobilisation Officer to join our team at our processing yard in Forrestfield, Perth. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm with occasional additional outside hours if needed.

Key Duties:

- Coordinate the mobilisation of mining personal from Perth to various WA sites.

- Ensuring all personnel meet compliance requirements (tickets, medical and inductions)

- Managing travel logistics including flights, accomodation and site arrivals

- Maintaining accurate records across mobilisation systems and trackers

- Key Skills:

- Previous experience in mobilisation within mining or construction





- Knowledge/understanding within mining portals (FMG, Hancock Roy Hill, MRL)

- An ability to multi task at times to meet mobilisation requirements

- Highly organised with a solid attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

- Excellent communication skills and be proactive in solution focused

- A proven ability to work within a small team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook,Word)

- Assist within administration Adhoc duties
