The Position

In this role, you will provide intermediate level desktop and helpdesk support to CEA staff and management. Monitor and manage outstanding support requests, ensuring timely closure of issues, or escalation where required

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide intermediate level helpdesk and desktop support to all staff in a professional manner.

- Assist with allocation of some support calls in a HelpMaster ticket system, in accordance with management defined guidelines.

- Rollout of desktop systems and software.

- Assist Systems Administrator with day to day tasks.

- Assist with configuration/troubleshooting of networking equipment.

- Troubleshoot intermediate problems – software and/or hardware.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Holds an AGSVA clearance level: NV1

- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial computer usage.

- Intermediate general knowledge of TCP/IP networking.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including capacity to coach others in PC skill building.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to communicate effectively to a diverse skilled audience.

- Ability to present a professional outlook at all times.

- Advanced computer knowledge and troubleshooting experience.

- Hands-on experience in providing IT support and problem solving skills in a business workplace.

Eligibility

- An Australian Citizen;

- Holds an AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher.

- Willing to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance

- ITAR - This position requires employees to access equipment and data that is subject to U.S International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR). As such, applicants must disclose the following information at the time of application.
