We seek a person with outstanding people skills, who is highly organised and has the ability to motivate and achieve. This diverse, full time role is managing our well-established concrete operations at Swan Hill. This key management role reports to the Regional Manager and directs all aspects of Swan Hill concrete site operations, including plant and equipment needs. There will be a strong focus on managing existing customer relations and expanding sales across the region. Hands on duties include concrete batching,



loader operations and agitator truck driving as required.

Essential Criteria

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers.

- Excellent computer, administration and reporting skills

- Professional maturity and robust customer service skills

- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment

- Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance

- Current Heavy Rigid Licence
