1. Landscape Labourer
2. Landscape Team Leader

About the Roles

Working across a variety of commercial and residential sites throughout the South West, you will be involved in all aspects of landscape and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing (ride-on and push mowers)

- Edging, trimming, pruning and hedging

- Weed control and fertilising

- Garden and grounds maintenance

- Planting and mulching

- Turf installation and lawn repairs

- Reticulation servicing and repairs

- Safe operation of landscaping equipment and machinery

- Maintaining clean, professional and safe worksites

Additional Responsibilities – Team Leader Position

- Lead, organise and motivate a crew of 2–6 employees

- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Coordinate daily work schedules and site requirements

- Train and mentor team members





- Complete site reports and communicate with management

- Ensure all required equipment is taken to and returned from each job

- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance requirements

About You
Essential Requirements

- Current C Class Driver's Licence

- White Card

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- WA Police Clearance

Team Leader Applicants Should Also Have

- Previous landscape maintenance experience

- Experience leading or supervising a team

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity

Highly Regarded

- WA Health Spray Licence

- Traffic Management Accreditation

- Reticulation experience

- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
