About the Role

Sapio has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Electronic Security team.

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of integrated security projects—ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while meeting all contractual obligations.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating site activities, and driving project performance across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, site leadership and technical understanding

- Manage project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are consistently achieved

- Maintain accurate project documentation, material tracking and reporting

- Ensure compliance with Sapio policies, procedures, and contractual requirements

- Identify and maximise opportunities for project variations, upgrades and ongoing service work

- Support project scheduling and contribute to achieving key milestones and delivery deadlines

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders





Skills & Experience
Essential

- Current Driver’s Licence

- ACT Security Licence

- Cabling Licence

- Working with Children Check

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated Experience

- Proven experience delivering large-scale integrated security projects across commercial and industrial environments

- Strong knowledge of IP networks and CCTV systems

- Experience across access control, alarms, commissioning and system integration

- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations

- Positive, motivated and solutions-focused approach

The Successful Candidate Will Also Have

- Ability to obtain required site clearances

- Experience mentoring and supporting field technicians

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
