We're looking for a passionate and organised Fundraising Coordinator to help grow our fundraising activities, strengthen supporter relationships and inspire people to join us in creating meaningful change.

Why this role matters

The Fundraising Coordinator plays an important role in supporting Richmind WA's fundraising and partnership objectives through the delivery of fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, sponsorship support and community events.

Working closely with supporters, donors, sponsors, volunteers and community stakeholders, you'll help create positive experiences that build long-term relationships and sustainable community support for our mission.

What you'll do

In this wide-ranging and rewarding role, you will:

- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, appeals and community fundraising initiatives.
- Support individual giving, peer-to-peer fundraising and community fundraising activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, supporters, volunteers and community fundraisers.
- Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgements, thank you communications and ongoing engagement.
- Support sponsorship activities through prospect research, proposal preparation and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of fundraising and community engagement events.
- Coordinate registrations, supporter communications, logistics and event administration.
- Maintain accurate donor, supporter and sponsorship records in Salesforce.
- Administer fundraising campaigns through Funraisin, including campaign setup, participant support and reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations and fundraising materials that support decision-making and fundraising performance monitoring.

What you'll bring

You are enthusiastic, organised and motivated by creating positive community impact.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, events, supporter engagement or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, projects, events or engagement activities.




- Confidence managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
- Sound digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications and online systems.

- Must have Salesforce experience
- Experience with Funraisin

Highly regarded experience includes:

- Sponsorship, donor stewardship or community fundraising.
- Event coordination within the not-for-profit, community or social impact sector.

Additional Requirements

Applicants will be required to hold:

- National Police Clearance.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.

The role may require occasional out-of-hours attendance to support fundraising and community engagement events.
