Our Inspirations Paint Parafield store is growing at a rapid rate, and we are seeking additional team members in the capacity of full time, part time and casual to continue to drive us into another growth period for our business.

To achieve this, we expect that you lead by example and ‘hustle’ on a busy paint shop floor.
Experience is NOT ESSENTIAL – If you have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we will teach you.
You will be required to work Saturdays as part of a rotational roster. Note: Casual staff must be adaptable with availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and Saturdays. Store opening hours are Monday – Friday 7.00- 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00 – 4.00pm.
We need you to:
- Connect well with people forming effective relationships to provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers.
- Be counted on by your colleagues and customers to identify real problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Tint & Mix Paint (involves heavy lifting up to 20L) on the shop floor.
To be successful in this role, you will strive for customer retention and growth, client engagement and client satisfaction. You will be relied upon to provide advice on a diverse range of products provided in store (such as paint, texture and accessories etc).
