About the Role
As a Retail Salesperson, you'll provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right 4WD accessories and equipment to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure stock is well presented.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Keep up to date with new products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within the 4WD, automotive, or accessory industry.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and achieving great sales outcomes.
- The ability to learn technical product information quickly.
- A genuine interest in the 4WD, camping, or outdoor lifestyle.
- A positive attitude and strong team focus.
