The work you'd be doing

Steel portal frame, hot-rolled steel, commercial structural - solid variety at a level that will genuinely stretch you.

You'd be working alongside two project engineers who are local Gold Coast guys - energetic, technically sharp, and valuable fun. The kind of people who are invested in the people they work with.

There are actually two roles here - one for someone one to two years post-grad, one for someone at the two to four year mark. Both report to the same team, both involve the same project mix, and both sit within the same culture. The difference is the level of autonomy and responsibility you'd be stepping into from day one.

Whichever stage you're at, the ask is the same: you hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Structural or Civil Engineering, you want to be around people who take the work seriously, and you'd thrive in an environment that works hard and makes it worthwhile.

What's in it for you

$85,000 - $90,000 + super for the junior role. $95,000 - $110,000 + super at the mid-level. A six-month salary review is standard here and generally approved without a fight. Annual reviews run each September.
