About You

We are on the lookout for a skilled fabricator/welder to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on collaboration, take pride in delivering high-quality work within deadlines, and enjoy hands-on work involving cutting, fabricating,



and on-site installations – you're the perfect fit for us.

The Role:

- Ability to interpret technical shop drawings

- Proficient use of measuring equipment and power tools

- Ability to perform all processes of welding

- Proficiency in Flux Core/FCAW welding processes required

- Mainly workshop based with some onsite work (Rigging)

- Effective communication and cooperative work

- Maintain a clean work area

The Requirements:

- MEM31922 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/welding) or equivalent

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Experience in the process of fabricating structural steel from start to finish

- Minimum 3-5 years of fabricating structural steel experience required

- Commitment to safety protocols for oneself and the team

- Is able to work in a fast paced workshop to complete jobs in a timely manner

- Ownership mentality with a positive attitude
