Exodas is a well established and growing transport and logistics company that operates Australia wide. We predominantly provide transport services to the East coast of Australia, from North Queensland through to Melbourne. Head Office and primary depot is located in Yatala, with depots/yards in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail, and Mareeba.

The Role:

We are looking for a forward-thinking, highly motivated and organised Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

In your role you will find yourself responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties;

- Support the business in all areas of compliance where required

- Maintain relevant documentation to ensure compliance with Accreditation standards for WAHVA, NHVAS and HACCP





- Fire Safety management

- Transport safety management systems

- Review and update compliance processes

- Conduct internal and external audits of systems and practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

- Cross-train with compliance officer role

- Keep electronic calendars updated on a daily basis

- Other duties as requested by the management team

About You:

- Strong MS Office skills – including Outlook, Excel & Word

- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills

- Motivated and goal orientated

- Exceptional written, oral and organisation skills

- A high level of accuracy and a solid attention to detail

- HACCP training is preferred
