We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the procurement, inventory, and warehousing of technology hardware and electronic components. About the RoleAs Procurement Officer, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for technology hardware, components, servers, networking equipment and related products.You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing hardware, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing warehouse operations, and helping build a resilient and diversified supplier network that supports KEYEK's growth and security objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supply ChainSource, evaluate and procure technology hardware, electronic components, servers, and networking equipment.Manage purchase orders and track local and international shipments.Develop relationships with suppliers and distributors globally.Negotiate pricing, warranties, service agreements, and commercial terms.Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery reliability, and product lifecycle risks.Identify alternate and sovereign supply sources to improve supply chain resilience.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to forecast demand and manage component lifecycle planning.Warehouse & Inventory ManagementOversee receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control activities.Maintain accurate inventory and serial number tracking within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts,



and inventory audits.Ensure protected handling and storage of sensitive electronic equipment and components.Maintain ESD-compliant handling and storage processes.Coordinate freight and logistics activities for customer and internal shipments.Systems & Process ManagementOwn procurement and inventory management activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Support engineering change and supply chain processes using Jira and related systems.Drive continuous improvement in procurement, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.About YouYou are an organised procurement or supply chain professional with experience working with technology products, electronics, or hardware-focused businesses.
