This is a great business, you’ll work side by side with a dedicated Director who is on a constant acquisition path. You will take over a portfolio that has been well taken care of and is only being handed over due to health reasons…

The role:

- Oversee 130 residential properties and 20 commercial properties
- Take and address landlord & tenant enquiries
- Coordinate property repairs & maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections
- Manage all admin, including notices, applications and rental increases
- Oversee and communicate with the Leasing Consultant

Requirements:

- Experience managing a portfolio of properties
- Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate License
- A current driver's licence and motor vehicle
- Tech-savvy (and knowledge of the following is a bonus: Property Tree, FLK it Over and Tapp)
