CHURCHILL THAI PTY LTD Churchill Thai PTY LTD t/a Bangkok Snap Churchill Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the continued success of the business. The role involves supervising and training staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, controlling stock and supplies, and ensuring the restaurant complies with all food safety and workplace regulations. The successful candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, strong organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

Benefits Competitive remuneration package Career growth and development opportunities Friendly and encouraging workplace culture Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Task & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities concerning the overall operation of the restaurant and personnel, including assisting with recruitment and training; Work with the chef/kitchen management to ensure a collaborative team environment between front-of-house and back-of-house staff members; Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently while building its reputation, popularity and goodwill; Responsible for the business and financial performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food,



service and health and safety; Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget; Place orders with suppliers, and organise delivery of all goods in a timely manner; Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service should they arise; Advise customers on menu and organise table reservations and functions; Prepare and monitor budgets and report on food and sales and employee records; Working with the chef, help create successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on efficient cost analysis; Take reservations, greet customers and assist with taking the order; Recruit, hire, and oversee training for staff; Direct cleaning of dining areas to maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records; Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards are adhered.

Qualification & experience Experience in restaurant management Minimum three years of experience in a hospitality leadership position, such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager Well-developed leadership, communication, and team management abilities Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace compliance requirements Proven ability to remain organised and perform efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff Excellent planning and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and set priorities Experience contributing to menu development and working closely with chefs to plan, review, and improve menu selections Work Type: Full time Salary: $78000-83000 Job Publish: 01-08-2026 Job Expire: 31-08-2026 Apply on: Restaurant Manager Job here!
