To support increasing demand, our client is now looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team.
You will receive hands-on support from an experienced Director, including weekly clinical supervision, regular check-ins, and a structured 12-week induction program designed to set you up for success. About the role:
As a Contractor Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with children and their families to deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy services across a variety of settings. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing speech, language, communication, and literacy delays or disorders
Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans Delivering therapy services in homes, schools, kindergartens, and via telehealth Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
Creating and adapting therapy resources to meet individual client needs Using a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach to intervention Completing documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner
Participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and career development activities Benefits:

Requirements: Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Passion for working with children and supporting their development Strong communication and interpersonal skills
