Your opportunity As our Microfinance Worker, you'll deliver the No
Interest Loan Scheme (NILS), providing end-to-end support to clients seeking safe and affordable loans. This part time secondment offers flexibility to work four days per week.
Guide clients through the NILS application process.
Conduct eligibility assessments. Liaise with Good Shepherd Microfinance.
Maintain accurate CRM records. Promote the NILS program. Attend community forums.
Ensure compliance with funding requirements. Deliver financial capability education. What you'll bring
Experience in community services, financial wellbeing or microfinance. Strong communication and organisation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities.
Compassion for people experiencing financial hardship. Collaborative approach aligned with Anglicare's values. Relevant tertiary qualifications and NILS experience highly regarded.
